My Approach
I'm a clinical social worker specializing in helping frontline workers, aviators, and people struggling with anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I'm an independent master's level social worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) with degrees from WMU and Albion College. My training and work experience has included inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient mental health and addiction therapy, crisis care, and training supervision. I believe in curating a holistic approach that fits your unique needs using my training in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

I believe in making care, support, and help accessible to anyone who is seeking it. There are a number of barriers people face when looking from help. I strive to create a safe space for you to examine yourself and find a path forward. I have a passion for aviation and pursued my pilot's certificate after graduate school. I have since set out to help those who have a fear of flying work through those fears so they can travel with more ease. I also work with pilots who are seeking support with life transitions, stress, performance anxiety, or other issues.
